OUR FOUNDER
VS Yachting is named after its passionate founder Viktoriia Sheremet (‘VS’). Her love of the open sea led her to Miami where she pursued her dreams of working in the luxury yacht industry.
Viktoriia started out working for small charter companies where she developed a profound understanding of the maritime industry. She quickly advanced to working for an international brand that specialized in buying and selling new and used yachts.
As a life-long learner Viktoriia completed formal stewardess school to better understand client needs, as well as the knowledge required to operate and maintain chartered boats and yachts.
She stopped at nothing to build all the tools to provide unrivaled service focused on exceptionalism. Viktoriia worked for several years as part of a 10 person crew on luxury yachts up to 120 feet long in order to hone her skills.
Covid brought about an unprecedented opportunity as many industry participants were struggling to stay afloat. Viktoriia realized this was an opportune time to launch her own company, as she knew how to address the issues that were hurting the industry, and in 2020, VS Yachting was launched.
